500 Internal Server Error on Verification

    I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error message when I try to verify an .MP4 file that is over 100MB. Files smaller verify fine. Anything larger gives me an error. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

    PowerPress is having an issue reading the file headers on those files. Could be that the files are very large and the server is slow. Regardless, the best thing to do would be to contact support for the company hosting the files and see if they can check their logs for any error messages related to your MP4s.

    Looks like the issue was a memory issue. We increased the amount of memory and the larger files were able to verify. Thank you so much for your fast response on this!
