• We have the latest WordPress installed. The domain is https://www.dimusicgroup.co.uk. Digital Insomnia Music Group is a music group which consists of two well known large trance labels. At the moment we gaining a lot of potential fans, listeners and new combers, artists etc. But with our site, we can not solve this problem. We do not want to loose any information or go back to scratch install the whole theme again. All we want to find out is why its doing this and how we can resolve it! We are not great with the back end of things so talking in another language will not help, if its a complicated answer, please describe it well to us like we are cavemen lol.. as I need a step by step answer what I need to do. I tried checking the htaccess folders, but nothing I can change or do there. The plugins are all working well too. It does this a lot of the time and also it takes ages for our websites to load up on our server. We use 123 Reg and our servers take a long time even though we have paid out a lot of money for it for unlimited usage. Please please help! https://www.dimusicgroup.co.uk our other site is https://www.glowstamrecords.co.uk which works, but the other doesn’t.

  • Hi

Kindly Check The Folder / File Permisions

    And Then Try Again

    Or

    Reinstall The Total WordPress

The Default File Permision Is 0775 / 0664
The Default Folder Permision Is 0775 / 0777

It’s not necessary to re-install WordPress at this stage! Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
