500 Internal Server Error Potentially Being Caused by AdRotate?

    I have a client that is receiving a 500 internal server error. I believe this is being caused by a conflict between Adrotate / Jetpack / Vaultpress. I am also reading in the forums of a potential php conflict. I have also checked the host’s memory and everything seems above what would be needed. Below is the error code. Any thoughts?
