• An internal server error (500) is encountered when attempting to reconfigure a feed by clicking on the ‘edit-feed’ button. This error is limited to feeds that have been configured with a custom category mapping assigned to the Google product category attribute.

    • CTX Feed (WebAppick): 5.4.1
    • Porto Theme – Functionality (P-Themes): 2.8.4
    • GTM4WP (Thomas Geiger): 1.16.2
    • WP Rocket (WP Media): 3.9.1
    • Slider Revolution (ThemePunch): 6.6.10 (Latest:6.6.12)

    The issue you are reporting is quite unusual and the possible reason could be a conflict or server issue and we need to see the error log to guess the issue. So, please, reach us again with the system status along with the error log. Please, go to CTX Feed > Status > Copy status and paste it here.

    Before copying the status, make sure to keep the debug mode enabled.
