500 – Internal Server Error when importing file (2 weeks already)

Hi there!

This is me once again and I’m still encountering the above stated error. Here’s what I’ve done so far:
1. Uninstalled and Re-installed WP automatically thru GoDaddy. This one didn’t solve the problem.
2. Manually installed WP using FileZille to upload files. And this one too didn’t solve the problem.

The file I’m importing is from a wordpress.com blog.

I’m sort of hopeless right now because I’ve been posting this problem for 4 threads in a row already and so far I haven’t gotten any response from the moderators (and I’m wondering why). Hopefully, this time someone will.
