500 Internal Server Error when Importing Products

    Hi,

    I am trying to import products to my store one by one using the inbuilt import option but I am facing issues. Below are the steps that I am following:

    1) Set the CSV File server path
    2) Check the mapping (the data is mapped correctly and I can see correct values)
    3) I start the import by hitting “Run the Importer” button

    Now, the loading bar stays empty and gets stuck there for hours so I checked the console and there was one error and one JSON object logged. The error was from load-scripts.php file and the object was from wc-product-import.min.js (Screenshots attached).

    What I have tried already:
    1) I have tried removing all the plugins and keeping only WooCommerce active and then import.
    2) I have tried changing the theme to StoreFront.
    3) I have tried increasing the Memory Limit, Execution time, etc
    4) I wanted to check the debug.log file but it doesn’t get created not sure why. I am using BlueHost.

    I am not sure why this is happening and I need some help to get this fixed. I am attaching a few CSV files. Can someone from the staff verify if they are correctly formatted?

    Let me know if anyone has any insights on how to fix this or any other info is needed from my end.

  • Hi @ekakshsharma, thanks for sharing all that with us!

    By chance, do you have access to your cPanel? Chances are that maybe there is some way to get your Errors log from there, or you may need to reach out to them to verify where you can get that.

    And please, share with us if find it! This will help us to diagnose it better.

    Also, something that you can try is to upload some sample data to see if there is something related to your file (size, formatting etc), here’s a complete guide about importing sample data to WooCommerce:
