I have a Woo/Dokan managed site also using WP Armour plus Extended for Honeypot. We have an issue where vendors are trying to reply to support tickets (using wp comments functionality) where when they submit their reply it just clocks and the console shows the following error. When I deactivate both WP Armour plugins, I don’t have the issue. I don’t see any settings for me to adjust and allow these valid comments. What else can I do to make sure it’s compatible? I’ve already turned off all site and server side caching to run the test, btw.

    Console error:

    jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2

Other than the Woo/Dokan config, no. It’s using the WP comments function to serve as a support ticket submission mechanism. You would have to be logged in as a vendor to see the /support/ page of the site. Can we connect offline?
