500 server error admin-ajax.php (Page refresh issue)

    I am getting /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error) after submitting form while all form details have been saved in the backend. Also, image delete option is not working. I have deactivated all plugins and theme but still, the issue is not resolved. Please help me out
