500 Server Error while Moving website

Hi Team,

We have revamped a website by moving the same from our live domain to localhost and have redesigned the entire website.

While we are trying to duplicate/move the new website to a sub domain of the live website it shows a 500 server error.

For sometime it shows that the file is archiving & after sometime it says 500 server error please try again.

While this process is happening we observed that the I/O Memory & Physical memory burst out and they become full.

Can you suggest or recommend how to fix this and move the website using your plugin?
