500 Server Error while submiting the Form

Hello team,
This is the great plugin for advance form builder.
But when I submit the form I have got admin-ajax.php 500 Server Error.
This is working fine before 1 month. but suddenly form stop working.
I have already deactivate all the plugins and also check change to default theme. But issue remain same.
Please do the needful. because lots of people are using this form on m website.

I am getting below fatal error from Server Log:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function FluentValidator\mb_strpos() in
/wp-content/plugins/fluentform/app/Services/fluentvalidator/src/ValidationRuleParser.php on line 48Please do the needful.
