    Every time I try to connect with any social Media got this error.

    500 status code for “POST /sites/XXXXXXX/publicize-connections/new”

    I try all answer in this Jetpack Support but unable to resolve it.

  • Hi @cedric82n,

    I checked your site and it appears XML-RPC is not responding correctly. This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site.

    Please make sure XML-RPC is turned on for your site and is set up to respond to all content types.

    Your host should also be able to provide logs for any server errors you are seeing, so it would be worth contacting them for more information.
