502 Bad Gateway

    Every time I click on any link to go to the plug in settings I get 502 Bad Gateway error across the top of the page and this “nginx/1.14.0” directly under it. The rest of the page is blank white.

    Any ideas?

    Sorry for the late reply, just saw your issue now.

    That is very unusual. This seems to be more of a server issue than an issue with our plugin. Do you have the issue with other plugins too? What’s your website url?

    My website is https://www.medallionpools.com. I have not had this issue with any other plug-in. I have been able to use it in the past and had it configured. When I tried to go in to make some changes last week I couldn’t get in.

    As pointed above, the 502 Bad Gateway Error is an HTTP status code that means that one server on the internet received an invalid response from another server.

    Please contact your website’s hosting team for more information.
