502 Bad Gateway Error

    Hi,

    We are running WP Armour HoneyPot and it was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. Now when I click on the Spammer IP and Spam Submissions tabs, I receive a 502 Bad Gateway error.

    These are the PHP values on the site currently.

    PHP max input variables 5000

    PHP time limit 500

    PHP memory limit 256M

    Max input time 500

    I’d appreciate any insight you may have as well as a possible solution.

    @annahztc ,

    Seems like there were too many submission records. Also, had you enabled auto delete the submission after few days ? We have settings in Extended Settings tab for it. Is it enabled for auto deletion of spam submissions ?

    Autodelete is on but was set to 30 days so I set it to 7.
