502 Bad Gateway Error when I try to save draft

502 Bad Gateway is likely a server error. Try contacting your hosting provider.

Meanwhile try:
– clearing your cookies, cache
– different browsers
– Manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required).

I have already contacted the hosting provider. GoDaddy says there’s no problem on their end. The web page loads fine. The editor loads fine. The only time I have a problem is when I hit “Save Draft”. I’ve tried different browsers. I’ve tried incognito. Nothing works. I’m dead in the water if I can’t save anything.

Also cleared cookies/cache.

The problem appears to be the Classic Editor plugin.

Then, I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/classic-editor so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

I was facing this problem, everytime i tried to publish a post or save its draft i get this 502 error.

I was using a plugin SSL Insecure Content Fixer to turn ordinary http links into https links so i thought it was causing problem so i turned its settings “OFF” then tried, didnot solve.

then I disabled the Classic Editor then tried- it solved.

so, there seems to be a problem related how classic editor and ssl https link conversion works somewhere inside wordpress. I would request you to look into it.
