    After I run a manual backup, then try to download the “uploads” folder, I get this error message. 502 Bad Gateway nginx

    Hi,

    This means that there’s a proxy somewhere between your webserver and your computer, which is throwing an error. To avoid this, instead download the backup directly (from wp-content/updraft via FTP, if you’re storing the backup on your webserver, or from https://www.dropbox.com if you’re using Dropbox, etc.).
