502 Bad Gateway when saving events

  • When publishing events a ‘502 Bad Gateway, Invalid response from upstream server” is showing when the page reloads.
    Saving as draft does not do this. I’ve checked other post types and they are ok, it is only doing this on events.
    v6.4.1 installed.
