503/504 error when trying to load single property page

    Any time I try loading an individual property I get a 504 or 503 timeout error. The rest of the site runs and loads without issue.

  • Hi @aaronnb87, I had a similar issue caused by an infinite redirect loop.
    With the latest WP-Property seems they added a Default Properties Page setting which is where it now gets your single property slug from. If the slug you expect differs form the auto-generated one the plugin creates (‘properties’) then you’ll have an issue and will need to create a page with your desired slug then select it from the WP-Properties setting.
    This corrected my issue, hoping it’s the same for you

    Which version did you update from? Did you customize the code/template directly in our plugin or theme?

    You should see now a page called Properties on your site in Settings/Main tab. Set up it as default property page.
