503 error when backing up

    Unable to back up. Whenever I’m trying to back up the process freezes in the begging and the website does not open showing a 503 Error. How can I fix it, please? It’s been like that since December 11.

    An ‘HTTP 503’ error means that server is unavailable.
    This usually indicates that the site may be encountering a memory limit error.
    I would recommend asking your hosts to check the memory limit for the server, and the PHP error logs. These logs should contain further information on what is causing the 503 error and hopefully what we need to do to get the backups running for you
