    Hi guys

My 1st post. I am getting a 503 service unavailable error through my website. I don’t get it just browsing, but only when logged in either as an admin or as a customer. I have tried different computers, different browsers, different ISP, and still getting the same result. It happens after say 5-6 pages of work, but only after logging in.

It started straight after the latest wordpress update. My hosting provider is Godaddy, who are currently looking into the problem.

Has anyone else had this before, if so, any recommendations? Please don’t be too technical as I am relatively new to wordpress. Just trying to see if its something my end that someone may have encountered before.

    Many thanks

  • We have been getting this exact same error! Ever since Thusday when our WordPress software was updated we’ve had intermittent 503 errors. We have called GoDaddy endless times regarding the error and have had nothing resolved as of yet. I’ll keep you updated if we get anywhere with it.

Yes, also spoke to them at length yesterday. They have said they will look further in to the problem (they were stumped yesterday when I spoke to them) and let me know. Ill let you know the outcome , if any, when they get back to me.

May I ask which theme or theme developer you are using? just to rule out a theme compatibility problem, if there is 1. I am using chimp studio.

Ok, so Godaddy have resolved the issue. No idea what the problem was, so can’t help out in that department. I can only assume it was a hosting issue when they upgraded to the latest version of wordpress.

Ah, glad its fixed for you! We still haven’t had it fixed. We’re using Avada. They have put wordpress back to the previous version and have flushed the server cache.

i was upgrade my website hosting plan (max storm cloud plan), This case happen after migrate to new hosting server.

    Problem
    1) activated Woocommerce Plugin will cause my website 503 services unavailable

    2) when deactivated Woocommerce Plugin will show error source code in front page of website. The website will back to normal from 503 services unavailable.
