503 Service Unavailable

Hello, I am aware that this error probably means that my hosting’s IP was blocked by the firewall mailchimp used. Is there a way to verify that for sure though that it’s issue on their side before contacting them? Is there a way to check which IP tried to connect to mailchimp with specific API key? I couldn’t find anything in mailchimp admin. And also is there a chance CloudFlare might be responsible at all or involved in this as I use the service? I know it only basically redirects DNS but I wanted to make sure you didn’t have troubles with this before. Thanks.
