After updating this plugin my site went to the following error:

    503
    Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

    Can you please assist?

    Hi @tictubso

Have you activated booster free and booster plus both plugins? If yes, please deactivate booster free plugin and keep only the plus plugin.

Please check and let me know if you have further queries.

Just the one plugin. Is there a way to deactivate it if I can’t login?

    Hello @tictubso,

You can access your admin by renaming your plugin folder name. Could you just export all booster settings and share them here with me so that I could try to replicate the issue at my end?

Thanks for the reply. I actually tested this and found it was another plugin that caused the issue. The reason I thought it was yours was it happened immediately after updating your plugin.

However this lead me to another issue. In the plugins folder, I couldn’t actually find a “Booster” folder. All the other plugins seemed to be there. Where would it be?

    Hi @tictubso

    Thanks for your message.

If you are using a booster free plugin, then the folder name is ‘woocommerce-jetpack’. Please check and let us know if you need any further help.
