When I start filling out the multi-page form on the attached page (https://fourandhalf.com/reputation-scorecard/), I eventually get to a point where the console is filled with errors apparently related to CleanTalk. The errors eventually lead to a 504 error on the page.

The form used to work fine. I’m not sure what changed to cause this.

    Here is the error:

    Hello @fourandhalfgarrett,

We noticed that you use an old version of the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin.

Please, update the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin to the latest version. Our update guide is here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress

    Did it help?

It seems like I’m now able to get through the form, but I still see the same errors in the console. It doesn’t seem like it has been resolved.

I don’t see these errors in the console anymore.

Could you please clear all cache on your site and recheck this issue? Also check in another browser.

I’m still seeing them in incognito in Chrome and Brave. You have to begin filling out the form to get the errors. I get to about step 7 or 8 and the errors begin to show up.

    Hello @fourandhalfgarrett

I’ve tested web form, everything went fine. But errors appeared in the console at step 8. We would like to test this in our environment. Could you tell us about the caching solutions you have for this website?

    Thread Starter fourandhalfgarrett

    (@fourandhalfgarrett)

The site is hosted with WP Engine, and we just use their caching solutions. We use their Advanced Network: https://wpengine.com/support/cache/#WP_Engine_Cache

    Thank you for this info.

We suggest to change the following Anti-Spam plugin settings:
    – Set cookies to Off;
    – Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library to On.
Please purge all website cache after that and check the results.

If the issue still persists contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.
