    Hello,

    We have been using the zettle plugin for a while but recently the plugin has been causing problems on our site. The plugin causes a 504 gateway timeout. Even if we deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and zettle. Is this a known problem and how can we fix it?

    To assist you better, we need a more detailed look at your system and plugin logs. Please provide a complete system report and Zettle logs using the following steps:

    1. For the system report:
      • Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    2. For the Zettle logs:
      • Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
      • Select “zettle-pos-integration-[…]” from the dropdown and click on “view.”

    If there are any fatal errors associated with these issues, please also provide those log entries. You can upload these logs securely to our PrivateBin. After uploading, please send us the link so we can review them in detail.

    With this information, we’ll be able to better understand the problem and guide you on how to resolve it.
