504 Gateway Timeout

    Hi, pre-sale question.
    I have installed the free version of this. Immediately 2 of my products is unable to show up. It shows me :
    Gateway Timeout
    The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
    Can you help me to figure this out before I go for the premium version?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Please let us know:

    1) How many total products do you have?
    2) Do you have any variable products? If yes, how many variable products do you have and how many variations do they have?
    3) Do you have any rules configured? If yes, how many rules do you have?

    1. I have problem with that particular product. Other product is ok, except for the loading speed is exceptionally slow. https://www.coffee2print.com/v1/product/unisex-round-neck-tee/
    2.I have 208 variable in that T-shirt product. On top of that, I have another plug-in for product add-on to give more optional choices.
    3.Just 1 rule configured.
