504 Gateway Timeout for Cart with >7 Products

Hi,

if a customer adds more than 2 different products (with ppom-functionality) to the cart, the shop will be slower and slower and with 8 products we have a 504 timeout.
But we can add 15+ different products without ppom-functions to cart.
Do you have an idea, what causes this issue and how to solve?

The shop uses 1 vCore and 2 GB Ram, memory limit is 512 MB, max execution time 120s. But i also checked with 2 vCores and 512 MB memory limit. This works a little bit better, but 8 products in cart slows down massively also this combo.

Following the error message in error log:
