5.5 issue

  • on my events page that did show all events, it is now broken down to 10 events, the only way i can get all events back is setting… event/settings/pages/event list archives/Event List Limits to 1000 from 10. but then search returns all too.
    My other site running other version of EM set to 10 but shows all events
    both using [events_list_grouped mode="monthly" country="UK"] #_EVENTLINK <br />#_EVENTDATES, #_EVENTTIMES, #_LOCATION, #_LOCATIONTOWN #_LOCATIONSTATE<strong> #_EVENTNOTES</strong><br /> [/events_list_grouped]

    no limit set

    in your shortcode, have you tried to add limit=10 ?

    No but the point is i want all to show as it did in prevous version , after update my page with above shortcode now shows only 10 events unless i alter above setting, the site with old version shows all events with above shortcode so something in update has affected this?
    adding add limit=10 is that not saying limit it to 10 per page, something i,m not after?

    In 5.4.4 this worked, in 5.5 it now limits each page to 10 events rather than all events.

    Only work around currently i have is event/settings/pages/event list archives/Event List Limits change to 1000 from 10

    try this, if you put limit=0 it should have no limit

    no, if i set back Event List Limits 10 it shows only 10 events per page still
    appears Event List Limits is over riding things now

    you’re right, adding limit=”0″ doesn’t work. will fix.

    for now the solution would be to make limit a really high number
