6.0 and changing Library settings

    I found a further problem in my installation.

    After upgrade all link libraries worked normally. I changed “Show Link Updated Flag” to disable and used “Save Settings” for one link library.

    Directly after that, the site stopped working. I mean only the subsites which should shows each link libraries.

    => https://blackseals.net/links/bricks/
    => https://blackseals.net/links/roadster/
    => https://blackseals.net/links/diablo/

    I see an 404 error message => Content not found. If I remove all shortcuts like [link-library settings=1], then the subsite work normal (without any content).

    edit: I already tried going to the Permalinks section and re-save my settings.
    edit2: I found the problem. It work if the link-site has as parent the main site. If the link-site has a different site (subsite), then I see an error.
    edit3: It seems to me the problem is a litte bit different. It looks like Link Library use as permalink the same name as my subsite. Is it possible to change that in Link Library? I mean changing blackseals.net/links/link-category/link-name to blackseals.net/linklibrary/link-category/link-name?

    Hello,

    I found the problem according to my changes (look edit3) in my main post. Link Library use for permalink website.com/links/link-category/link-name

    It my situation, I already used “links” and therefore I had problems with several subsites.

    At the moment I changed all five sites/subsites. For example https://blackseals.net/links/bricks/ to https://blackseals.net/blogroll/bricks/ but I’m not really happy to that. It was many work the change several hyperlinks to those five sites. It work at the moment, but looks not good for me. I prefer “links” instead of “blogroll”.

    Therefore, I want to request a feature for Link Library. Is it possible to add an option to change permalink structure for the custom links elements.

    Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly investigate this.

    I just pushed out version 6.0.22, with a new General Options setting to change the slug. You should change go back and save permalinks after changing this setting.

    edit: I changed to Dashboard, searched for plugin update, installed the newest, changed settings, re-save permalink and now it work perfect. Thank you.
