6.0 and Feature Request for Custom Fields

    Hello,

    I started to change settings for Single Item Layout. First I’m missing Link-Category. (I wrote that also at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/what-are-the-options-for-link_content/#post-10442820 – but maybe not the best decision).

    Additional it would be nice, if it would be possible to show on the Single Item Layout the thumbnail for the link. At the moment I use favicon and like that. It look smarter for a list like https://blackseals.net/links/bricks .

    Therefore, my question: is it possible to use both? The small favicon for the list and additional a bigger thumbnail for Single Item Layout. It will need to store two images for every link. I know, that if you will follow my feature request – something like that will take more time to develop and is maybe something for 6.2 or similar.

    [link-category] tag has been added to the single item layout in 6.0.25. As for adding a second image field, that is a good idea, but as you say, probably something I will do once 6.0.x becomes more stable.

    It seems to me you did a notice about the second feature request for later. Therefore I will mark that thread as resolved, because it will take some time to be finished…
