6.0 Migration Error: “[The 9000 is greater than the duration of the event]”
-
Hello,
While in the process of migrating my events I’ve hit this error: “[The 9000 is greater than the duration of the event]”
I’m a bit at a loss as to what it’s referring to, as I’m not sure what “the 9000” is. Looking at the event it points me to, the Time & Date of the Start/End is: 2020-03-07 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm 2020-03-07.
As far as I can tell there’s nothing else about this event that would cause an error, and, as I say above, I’ve no clue what “the 9000” would even refer to.
Unfortunately, I can’t perform the Preview that’s suggested with the Migration, as it says it’s unsupported on my system. I’m not sure why exactly, but my guess might be that I’m on a shared server hosting service. I’ve otherwise followed all the advice given here https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/migrating/ Including turning on Cron, ensuring everything is within a supported version number, and following everything I can on the “Tips for a smooth migration” section. I’ve also looked over everything here https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/migrating/#Troubleshooting and don’t see anything with this event that matches any of the troubleshooting advice there.
I do have over 6,000 events on my site, so, this whole process takes around or over an hour to do, which makes it particularly frustrating when I run into this error halfway through. I ran into another error with another event, but I was able to resolve that rather easily by just editing the event. With this one though, the error message is just too unclear for me to understand what it means. Other events seem to have no issue, so, I’m hoping if I’m able to resolve this issue I can do the update.
Any insight to just let me know what the error means or what I should change would be helpful. Would really appreciate it!
Thank you!
