Hi with the update to 6.4.3 this happens to the mobile menu. The toggle that opens the submenu is duplicated.

    this is normally the view

    No problems with 6.4.2.1 .

Of course I tried disabling any form of cache, but only when I disable Complianz plugin the menu show up correctly again.

Do you have any idea what the problem might be?
Trying locally on all 4 sites that use that kind of menu the problem manifests itself.

In the meantime that you understand what the problem could be, is it possible to rollback to 6.4.2.1?

    Thanks in advance

    Francus

    Hi @bosendorfer,

Since version 6.4.3 of the plugin, the Divi integration (which was already included before 6.4.3) also triggers/activated when child themes are being used.

I would expect that this is related, could you try disabling the Divi integration under Complianz > Integrations > Plugins, to check if that resolves the behavior?

    Kind regards, Jarno

Thanks @jarnovos for the superquick response!

In fact disabling the integration with divi menu works perfectly.
Are there any other problems that could arise by keeping the integration disabled?

    thank you very much

    Hi @bosendorfer,

Glad to hear that works. This integration would only be necessary when blocking Google Maps or Google ReCaptcha on websites using the Divi theme.

But we have recently overhauled this integration (will be released in the next Complianz update) which may already solve the issue, in which case you could leave the Divi integration enabled.

Could you try the Complianz version found on the GitHub link below, and re-enable the Divi integration after enabling this version of the plugin? I’m curious to see if that works for you.

https://github.com/Really-Simple-Plugins/complianz-gdpr -> Click the green “code” button -> Download .zip.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    HI @jarnovos ,

I tried (thankfully locally) installing from the link you gave me.
But unfortunately the system shows 2 different plugins, both marked as 6.4.3 (it does not act as an update but as a new parallel installing).
When I activate the new one I just downloaded I have hundreds of errors in the backend and I can no longer disable the old one or do anything else. How was the procedure to update?
Should I uninstall the old one first?

@bosendorfer When you install a plugin from Github, usually the folder name is different, which is why you can install it next to the existing one, which is not recommended.

Please deactivate the previously installed plugin, so you only have one plugin active.

    Hi @rogierlankhorst and @jarnovos,

By deactivating the plugin before installing the new one from Github I was able to verify that now, even with the Divi integration activated, I have no problems with the menu.
Obviously I used a test site to check this, for production sites I’ll wait for the new version to update.

Thank you very much for your kindness.

Great, thanks for confirming! This will get released with the next update, I’ll mark this thread for resolved for now.
