6.9 error in add new product

  • Same problem on my system as well although I click on the Set product image and the image is inserted without a problem and the countless (I counted until 25 and then gave up) “Upload JPEG files that are 1000 x 1000 pixels or larger (max. 2 GB). How to prepare images?” remain.
    The same occurs when editing an existing product as well.

    I’m having the same issue. I think this is related to a ‘feature’ added during the Sept. 13 6.9.0 update.

    I think the 6.9 update has caused a few issues as I’ve noticed there’s been two more updates since then fixing other issues.

    The issue remains on the 6.9.2 update.

    I have this error too, but the page itself is broken, doesn’t load completely. Can’t edit nor add anu products.

    I’ve seen two other tickets reporting this same issue now. Looks like this is an ongoing issue reported in GitHub:

    I see it’s dated on Aug. 10 but the update 6.9.0 update was Sept. 13. So was this a known issue before the update was even ready?
