    Thanks for the great plugin that’s uber easy to use! Have been using for some time on two sites. Both have the same theme and plugins.

    Then, two weeks ago one site started adding 6″ of white space after the featured image. Nothing has changed and the other site, with the identical config, isn’t having this issue. Both are set to 15px spacing between text and the image.

    Checked the MailChimp RSS code — identical for both sites as well. So I cannot determine why the one site for the last two week’s mailings have had this huge white space. The 6″ white space, BTW, is clickable to the post if that helps.

    Was wondering if you had run into that before? TIA!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the kind words. Hmm, in looking on that page, I’m not seeing the white space, it looks good.

    Let me know if this is still an issue for you?

    Howdy!

    On the page itself — everything is fine. The 6″ between the title and the featured image is in the RSS feed mailing itself. Here’s a link to a screenshot of the email.

    HTH! ??

    I see the issue… your feed has some issues with the images, it seems there’s something adding a lazy-load image that isn’t working:

    lazyload src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw=="

    while the image being added before that is:

    src="https://15105.smushcdn.com/440435/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/email-etiquette-07-25-19.png?size=560x315&lossy=1&strip=1&webp=1"

    I would try disabling whatever is doing the lazy loading, that should not be in the feed, only the website HTML. Perhaps also try turning off smushcdn use, and see if that helps at all, but it looks like those images are displaying ok.

    Let me know if disabling the lazyload helps? feel free to visit our support page and contacting us (click on Contact in the top menu) through there to continue troubleshooting further:
