6 days BTC transaction still unconfirmed, customer angry, wants to cancel order

Hi @gourl team , thanks for free plugin but it’s taking 6 SIX days already to process BTC payment, what can be done here to expedite immediately , and what if customer decides to cancel order how do I refund an unconfirmed transaction?
Where can I set the fee that I am willing to pay on the blockchain to expedite the processing to 1 business day?
It’s a respectable sum so thanks for your attention to this!
