6 menu subitems; last two don't show. Add Scroll-bar?

Hi!
Having 8 subitems under a menu item is causing the last 2 items to not show. When mouse-scrolling it’s the page that scrolls, along with the header, and not the menu sub-items list.How can we make it scroll or show all the subitems?

I’m working on localhost.
