Notice: Function add_menu_page was called incorrectly. The seventh parameter passed to add_menu_page() should be numeric representing menu position. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.0.0.) in wp-includes/functions.php on line 5865

This message disappears when the plugin is deactivated.

    Hi,

Thank you for the hint! It should be a notice without any technical impact, but I will fix it soon this week.

    Cheers,

    Matthias

    Hi again.

I have just analyzed the debug-notice. It is caused by the fact, that wordpress doesn’t accept 0 as for the menu position, which is the default configuration of the plugin.

Therefore I will switch the default position from 0 to 1 and catch whether the user enters a zero with the next version.

Until than you can just change the parameter “Messages Inbox Position” on the plugins properties page from 0 to 1 if you want the debug-notice to vanish.

    Cheers Matthias
