static frontpage AND the blog-fronpage in the “page”sektion

    Greerings all,

    Found a plugin that make the frontpage as a page (just edit the welcometext).

    However – I stille need the usual WP-blog-frontpage somewhere around the site …

    How does that work?

    Well, if I understand the question – it doesn’t work. You have either a Page as frontpage or you have the index. You cannot have both.

    But maybe there is a solution after all. Here is what I need:

    The frontpage should be editable form the admin-panel … just like any other pages (but no dymamic generated content from categorys etc).

    But I still need the “blog-frontpage”.

    Can I create (by do some copy-paste) a blob_index.php and just make a link to it?
