• Hi, i am not familiar with coding but i cant find where to define the default width. All my pages and articles are 650p wide “be default”. But where do i change those default settings ? Do i have to customize each item width such as header, footer etc ?

Same thing for the font. Where do i set up the default font size for the whole website ? Looks like “Styles” applies only to selected elements.

Guess i dont get the point on a top-down approach, from default global setup, to individual elements…

Hi @adieucourtier, you can set the site-wide default block width under Appearance > Editor > Styles > Layout:

Appearance > Editor > Styles > Typography allows you to select different fonts for text, headings, buttons, and links site-wide:

Let me know how it goes!

p.s. in future, could you could please post support questions about Twenty Twenty-Three in its support forum, rather than as part of a review? It helps forum volunteers find and keep track of questions more easily, and also helps other folks looking for answers in the future. Thanks!

Hello, thank you for your explanation. To which elements does site-wide default block width apply? I have some elements which are full scrren (as they should be) but some are only the width of the theme.

    hey @wpzugang

To which elements does site-wide default block width apply?

If you look at the first screenshot shared above, there are two different widths to be defined: “Content” and “Wide”.

The blocks on your site will use those widths. If one of your blocks is set to “Full Width”, it will stay full wide. Would this make sense?

Thanks. Don’t know about adieucourtier but for me that’S resolved.
