Blank login!

i was wondering…
how is it possible that one minute the CP of wordpress work the other minute it dosnt!
yet on some other computers it works! i thought its my firewall but i turned that out still nothing!

i try to login to mysite.com/wp-admin/ but instaid of giving me a login page it gives me a blank page!
