No 6g firewall rules are not inside .htaccess file.
It has been implemented inside plugin as PHP-based firewall.
AIOS to work on web servers ( .htaccess not supported ) instead using htaccess rules,
now php based firewall rules being used.

Ban user agent is moved to php firewall, Still Ban Ips is in htaccess but soon we are moving it also to php based firewall. ( IF Ban Ips you do not find in htaccess try enable basic firewall once again from WP Security > Firewall > Basic firewall rules tab > Enable basic firewall protection then click basic firewall settings. )
