    Hi,

All In One WP Security Version 4.4.4

Just a small topic to let you know that the 6G Firewall Protection is overwritting the htpasswd.

Which means that if you password protected your site (or in my case a staging of your live site) with a htpasswd file, the password protection won’t work if you enabled the “6G Firewall Protection” in All In One WP Security plugin. Therefore, your website will be accessible without prompting for the htpasswd credentials you specified.

There’s no such issue if you disable the 6G protection and enable the 5G protection.

Do you think it is something you can fix?
    Thank you.

    BR,
    Stephane.

Hi, please check which entry code in the 6G rules is blocking the password. Once you find out this you can use the Custom Rules tab to enter your customized code.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you
