6th marker not showing up in map

  • I can add as many markers as I want, but the map only shows 5. Is there something wrong or is there a limit and I need the pro version?

    Hi there,

    There is definitely no limit, we think you shouldn’t be limited in markers in the free version at all. Can you provide me with a link to your map so I can see the problem live? And then some details in terms of what markers I should be seeing there that are NOT there already?

    These are the markers we currently have:
    M1 – Ejército de Salvación
    M2 – Hotel del Migrante
    M3 – Casa del migrante de Ciudad Juárez
    M4 – Grupo beta de protección a migrantes
    M5 – Albergue Roca de Salvación
    M6 – Centro de atención para menores
    M7 – prueba (not showing)

    It seems you’re using a minification plugin or caching plugin. For troubleshooting purposes, I would suggest clearing that cache and deactivating that plugin until the issue is resolved.

    It’s possible once you clear your minification cache that all will be well, but regardless it’s better to exclude that from being part of the problem.

    Other than that I don’t see any obvious reasons why that might be happening. Can you provide screenshots of your the edit screen of that map and all the markers that are listed out below it?
