7.1.3 billing details on custom emails blank

    Custom Order Emails

    Updated to 7.1.3 and problem occurring under 7.1.2 appeared to be resolved, but have now discovered that randomly guest billing info shortcodes are still not being populated on some (but not all) custom emails. I send out three emails for each order received, and randomly one or more emails for the Sam email has missing information. I am talking about the contents of shortcode fields such as [wcj_order_number], [wcj_order_date], [wcj_order_billing_address] etc. Please help with this?

    TYPO – should read: “and randomly one or more emails for the SAME email has missing information“

    I am having same issue with pdf’s – its not the individual websites its the plugin as its happening on multiple websites – they ticked my ticket as resolved even thou it isn’t.

    Hi David,

    We are facing the same problems after updating the plugin; client and order data are missing in the pdf email-annex which is sent to the customer and the admin.
    This bug is not present in (the paid version) Booster Plus 7.0.0; in this version all data are displayed in the pdf invoice and/or packing slip.

    In version Booster Plus 7.1.4 it does not work anymore after the first order made, so it means I can not update the plugin at this moment. It looks like the pdf is sent out before all data are collected? When I download the pdf in the order manually, the data are present.
    I really would like to see a fix for this.

    Solution to this issue found by @nickvani on another post for those who are following this thread:

    If you are still experiencing this issue the following setting fixed the problem for me:
    Booster > Plugins > Emails & Misc. > General > Shortcodes Options:
    Enable “Booster’s order shortcodes display forcefully”
