WooCommerce Status & Analytics No Longer Show Total Sales!

Error log also shows plugin wp-optimize has fatal errors.

No error message on Sales Analytics and Dashboard WooCommerce Status.

7.5.1 works fine. 7.6 Records sale info. Totals displayed a zero dollars for monthly sales. Really dorked up.

    Hi @airamerica ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that Analytics no longer shows total sales, is this correct?

Can you please try the following and see if it makes any difference:

Additionally, in order to have a better understanding of your sites current environment, as well as what you are seeing on your end, please can you share the following:

Cleared cache! Disabled wp-optimize as well.

copied report. have a couple x’s like Soap have not compiled into Apache. Fatal errors not related to analytics or woo. Have a few sites using woo and this is the first time ever had any issues.

Was Analytics’ tested before release? Bound to be a few folks wondering why all of a sudden, they have zero dollars in sales for the month! Client site has over 100k and shws zero… See all the orders so nothing has been lost but tracking numbers.

    Hello @airamerica,

I have three test sites and WooCommerce analytics works fine on all of them.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can try mimicking your site’s configuration?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Of course, the tests are not only conducted by the WooCommerce team; anyone can download the beta version of the next release before it gets officially pushed.

    Thanks for understanding!

Woocommerce does not count the orders correctly.

Especially adding on hold orders from previous day to “today’s orders” if they was processed today. Also not counting new on hold orders to today’s orders total count (related to previous bug – looks like only getting processing ones).

This bug only happens in version 7.6. I did a rollback to prev. version and there it works perfect.

    @beautyofcode done ?? thanks

I had the same issue but I think I’ve found a solution.

If you go to Analytics > Settings, then check Completed under Actionable Statuses that restored the order data for me.

I suspect this should be checked by default but has been missed in this version.

    Hi @mikel555

Thanks for creating a new topic of your own. We’ll be happy to assist you there! ??

    HI @raggeddesign

Latest update fixed issue. Rolled back to Version 7.5.1 – Cleared theme and Analytics cache. Noticed totals were back. Then updated to Version 7.6.1

This was really easy without having to import / export data. I always update in staging area first and backup data. 7.6 was an oversite.

    Many thanks for reply’s

    Hi @airamerica

    Glad to hear that.

I’m going to mark this as resolved.
