    Check with your web server administrator to see if the have blocked access to https://graph.facebook.com.

    Hi Takanudo,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I have checked with them and they say…

    they “shouldn’t” be blocking graph.facebook.com but they could have blocked a specific port for that plugin if it was unusual

    he suggested contacting the developer again and seeing if he could get us more info about the problem

    I don’t understand as it was working perfectly until a recently.

    Do you have any other ideas please?

    The plugin uses the cURL application on your server to access https://graph.facebook.com. It is most likely using port 443 to access Facebook. I guess you could ask them if that port is being blocked. Or you could ask if they have any restrictions on the use of cURL on your server.
