• Resolved endquotepublishing

So I’m having issues with this ad responding across devices. Desktops it’s fine, but on mobile devices it is cut off. I’ve messed with the settings all morning and I even checked the code to make sure it is responsive. It appears to be, but I’m still having issues with the Banner adjusting to the right size on mobile devices. I tried changing the visitor settings, the display settings and I even tried the code in a different Banner plugin and it was the same issue. So I’m down to two things left that could be wrong. Either my theme isn’t accommodating to responsive ads (which I doubt) Or I’m doing something wrong in the advanced ads plugin and maybe I picked the wrong type of ad. I picked Plain/ Text Code. I wanted to use adsense but they denied me access because my site wasn’t good enough for them but anyway just trying to make this ad responsive across devices. The image ad on my header seems to work fine across devices but this HTML code one is giving me problems. Any help would be great.

    Hi endquotepublishing,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I guess that your reported issue is either caused by your ad code or by your theme. I couldn’t reproduce it on your site and the header ad wasn’t cut on mobile.

With the Display and visitor conditions, you can target the display to specific user or content groups. They are not used to modify the content of the ad.

To narrow down the problem, I would recommend using the image ad type and uploading the banner or selecting it from the media library. If it works in this configuration, the problem is with the ad code, and this might not be responsive.

If the problem persists, your theme is probably causing the issue. If you are using the Responsive Ads add-on, please check the “Responsive Image Ads” checkbox in Advanced Ads > Settings and test, if this helps.

Otherwise, you will find further suggestions in this article to solve the problem about responsive image ads.

I’m sorry that AdSense has rejected your site. I would recommend that you continue creating content and improving the existing content. Then I would try again in a few months. In the meantime, I would try to monetize the site differently. Here are a few suggestions for this.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
