As long as your web server is running on port 8080 as well, just update your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) to use
https://your-wordpress-url:8080
https://your-wordpress-url/wp-admin/options-general.php
And you should be fine. Afterwards all of you access will be via port 8080 and not 80.
If you make a mistake and you can’t get into your installation afterwards, get ready to reset those values back using one of these methods.
