8.9487 Seconds to Load?

Hi, I’m trying to debug slow site, and P3 Plugin Profiler is indicating 8.9487 seconds for Easy Bootstrap Shortcode to load, constituting 68% of all plugin runtime. This does not seem right. Can you advise what might be going on here?
