  • This can happen if you are using the Rich Text Editor.

It makes no difference to the display of the post whether it has tags or double-returns, but I do understand your concern.

Do the tags reappear if you replace them with double-returns?

    Thanks JeremyVisser.

I am not using the Rich Text Editor.

what do you mean by “double-returns” ?

Sorry, I what I meant was to enter two new lines to create a new paragraph.

If you don’t want the ‘s, then by all means just replace them with the double-spaced lines. I’m not sure as to what created them, though. Any feedback from anyone else?

I find that many XML-RPC based clients such as Windows Live Writer generate tags, but I suspect you would have figured that out if you were using one.

By the way, that screenshot was a very good job!

Sorry for not replying, I don’t know the answer. I will nudge Spence and see if he knows anything.

Well, I’m not “Mr. Know It All”, or anything.. but, I just talked with NuclearMoose on GoogleTalk, and he said maybe your two plugins are conflicting with each other, or something..

The FLV and LIGHTBOX JS quicktags…?? Maybe try disabling one at a time, from the blog that has those problems, maybe? And see if the problem goes away.. ? Again, I’m not sure though.. maybe Mr. All Wonderful HandySolo can help ya with this better.. ? =P
