    We upgraded our PHP version to 5.6 and the plugin is now working; however, the plugin is very difficult to understand.

    First, in the settings…it says Please visit the home value network settings page to configure your api keys.

    When i click on Home Value network settings it takes me to a page where it says… “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Is it the plugin? Why can’t I access this page??

    Please advise as soon as possible.

    The only reason you wouldn’t be able to access that page is if you don’t have super admin permissions for the network but rather just an admin on your individual website. If that is the case you will need the super admin to generate the key for your site. If you are indeed a super admin then send us super admin login details via this form and we will have a look to get this issue resolved for you asap: https://homevalueplugin.com/#support
