    I updated the plugin to version 9.1 but with errors. A message appears stating: You got an error trying to run this plugin. Update all Trustindex plugins and if the error still persists, send the content of the web server error log and the content of the Troubleshooting tab to support. I also had to restart the plugin as the download new reviews and connect to google business tabs don’t work. Attached code.

    Hi @enlanubecomunicacion !

    The JS file is not loaded for some reason. Please try deleting the cache and check whether Wp Rocket or Yoast stops Trustindex.

    Good afternoon, I have deactivated the YOAST SEO and WP ROCKET plugins to check and it still does not work correctly. I have correctly configured WP ROCKET with the exclusions that you indicate and I have the problem when I have updated to the 9.1 version. I have now updated to version 9.1.1 and it still gives the same problem. Is there any solution from your side? I had to restart the widget and at the moment the ratings do not appear on my website since I cannot reconnect with google due to the bug.

    Hello @enlanubecomunicacion!

    You should have a popup window after click on connect button, please check your browser rights to show up the popup window, and also check the console tab as well. If they are unable to show up, then this is what is wrong.

    Please let me know your results about it, and if the problem still persists, please send us your troubleshooting tabs content again, after you try to reinstall the plugin again.

    Good afternoon, Adam. I did the checks that your colleague indicated and my browser has the pop-up blocker disabled, as you can see, the message that there is a problem continues to appear. The page refreshes when the button is pressed, no window appears, it has never happened to me and I have not touched any configuration, I think the error comes from the plugin as it has happened to other people here in this forum. any solution?
